Cooler is better than pictured on web site. I give it a 4 because it needs some rubber feet on bottom to protect it. It is still worth the money especially compared to competitors. Zipper is stiff and only time will tell if the zipper holds up.

The zippers always break with Rtic. Don’t believe me, look it up there is numerous articles online about it. They do not back their product at all. I’ve had mine for just over a year and they said they won’t fix/or repair it. I do not use it often, so no reason to break. If you want a better product , that is backed by a warranty , I’d pay a little extra and stick with yeti.

It worked great. It was a little more bulky than I wanted. Also the zipper was tough to open but understand it’s how it keeps the cold in. Other than that I needed more pockets or a compartment to hold my daily vitamins, silverware and other non cooler items.

30 can has lasted 6 years. Use it often for kayaking and leave in my truck for groceries. Recently the seal on the zipper has become misaligned. Checked website only a year warranty on soft coolers so that sucks. The glue on the top is coming undo a bit. Feel like i got my minutes worth but just sucks to toss a good cooler because the zipper seal is wearing out.

Works great 3 blue ices keeps all my food cold. I put drinks lunch etc i take it every day for lunch I commute 100 miles a day to work I commute at work. I’m also diabetic always have to have food & medication on hand, etc. . I like a soft cooler. It doesn’t damage anything can squeeze it in anywhere.

The stitching on the zipper teeth separated and now I can not close the cooler. For the price I paid for the cooler, I would of expected better quality. I was quite disappointed in RTIC'S one year warranty. I only used this cooler a handful of times in the 2. 5 years I've owned it and RTIC was unwilling to repair the zipper. I wasn't even looking for a replacement, just a repair. They have lost a customer. ORDER: W57030035

I like the square shape because it makes it convenient to load with larger containers of food. I took it on an overnight canoe trip with 2 XL Ice Packs after I got it and it held ice and kept my food cold for 2 days. The zipper works good and Im hoping it holds up well. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the large Velcro handle on the carry handle. Seems large and unnecessary but other than that it seems like a good cooler
