I cannot ever seem to get the balance correct and always seem to be adjusting throughout game play. Then as soon as I put the headset down the wheel moves slightly and I have to do it all over again. I highly do not recommend this headset or company. I’m a big gamer when it comes to competitive gaming; which includes spending hours on end gaming. I have never switched company’s off of turtle beach Intill I issues I’ve been figuring out over the years (been using turtle beach for 7 years). The over all quality of the headset consists of obvious cheap plastic, made for smaller heads if you get the wired version, and horrible audio on the wireless headsets. Every single one of my headsets Plastic on the external shell has broken at least one time in the first month of usage. This specific headsets overall shell is pretty nice, and can be big on small heads. The flaw this wireless headset is that the Mic is horrible. You can tell it’s supposed to just be a straight plastic foldable microphone, but the one feature they added is where the plastic has a gap so it bends to get it closer to the users mouth. This feature ruins the mic, because you can tell it is stripping the wiring every time it bends after Atleast 2 months of usage. I would not pick turtle beach at all! Pick something like stealseries or razor, it’s going to be a little bit more expansive for the regular headsets that are wired (maybe 70$), but will be way more worth it.

This headsets volume is fine. It might be based on the game I’m playing but it seems to fluctuate at times; and often I’ll find that the party volume toggle glitches or seems to blast party chat way louder than the game and it won’t adjust no matter how much I scroll - I have to turn the headset on and then off to get it to work. Also, the worst issue I’ve come across is the headsets ability to STAY CONNECTED. It’s infuriating how often it disconnects without turning off. Some days are better than others but it will literally glitch between being connected and disconnected every 30 seconds or it won’t reconnect at all. The range of the headset is the worst I’ve used in all my time gaming. Can’t even leave my desk at times without it disconnecting. To put it simply, it’s the worst Turtle Beach headset and the worst headset I’ve ever used. Don’t ever buy this thing. I could have a bad batch or something but that doesn’t justify how bad it is.

Bought these BRAND NEW for my husband with his PS5 Christmas gift. They’ve already given out. Seems to be mostly connection issues. Fully charged, perfectly new headset and it won’t stay connected….and of course this starts happening after the return window closes.
