Was nice at first but definitely noticed it darkened my underarms and caused a rash with continued use :( very expensive to be causing all these problems. I’ll stick to the normal powder smell/stick.

I have used Dove Beauty VitaminCare+ with the Coconut & Shea scent for a while now. I liked the scent and it went well with my the way I naturally smell. I've used a whole stick and liked it so much, I bought another. I've noticed recently with the newest stick that it is buildup is thick on my clothes' underarms and that my own body odor was coming through after a little while with the new stick. I decided to try a new scent and went with the Raspberry & Rose scent, which my body odor definitely isn't being masked with. The claim of 72 hour odor protection is a lie, I hiked all day yesterday and by the end of the day, I couldn't lift my arms for fear of people complaining of the smell. I am nearly 20 years from middle school, but really felt unconfident and smelly. I will have to switch my deoderant. In the mean time, I will throw the Raspberry & Rose for sure, and only use the Coconut & Shea until I find a new one.

Only deodorant I’ll use. Yes you’ll have to let it soak into your skin before putting a shirt on, but if you are putting it on before bed like you are supposed to with any deodorant, you’ll be fine!

Yes: One of the only deodorants that actually masks odor and I have tried maybe 20-25 of them over the years (even earlier versions of Dove). No: Lasts maybe 8 hours and probably less if you’re sweating heavily. Reminder: This is a DEODORANT folks, not an anti-perspirant. This is not designed to prevent you from sweating just prevent you from smelling offensively.

It smells amazing. Let’s start with that. I really wish Dove made this exact scent in their other deodorants because it’s so good. Sadly, it’s more of a perfume stick than a deodorant. I had to apply and reapply and was still smelling body odor after a few hours. It also doesn’t do anything for sweating. Ah Dove, you nailed the scent and love that it’s aluminum free but it doesn’t last. 💔

I have been using this for more than a year now. And I don’t think I’ll ever switch back to an aluminum one. This is the only aluminum free deodorant that has ever worked for me. And it lasts me all day. (Which is a long day with 3 kids!) It is a great product, and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

This is terrible! Does not last AT ALL and I’ve even tried reapplying throughout the day. Smells GREAT at first but quickly fades and is NOT an effective product. So disappointed.

Very effective with controlling order. Definitely see a lighter skin tone underarm after a few months of use. Would recommend exfoliating with a charcoal scrub for the first few weeks when transitioning from traditional aluminum deodorant. Then for best results make sure the underarm is completely dry then apply the deodorant in 1 direction. Going up and down will just move it on and off the armpit.
