Q: How strong is the filter pump?
A: It works okay. It COULD be stronger - but it works well to start! Most of the pool kits do not come with strong pumps.

Q: Do you need to put sand down under the pool prior to set up
A: We recommend the ground is level. If this requires sand, then yes!

Q: Does this pool have to be dismantled for rhe ny winter months each year?
A: FYI the Intex instruction manual states that it can be left outside for the winter. Intex should update the instruction manual that comes with this product if that recommendation has changed.

Q: Hello, we just set up our pool and are having trouble with the included cover. It appears to be too small to go around the metal frame. We were unable to stretch it over the frame and had to leave it in the water on the surface overnight. Is this normal?
